Booked it for 2 days and had a great experience. The room was fairly quiet and neat and equipped with good size TV, the living space, for example. In general the service was welcoming. The location was great and excellent, walking distance to a river and the bay. Had tea and goodies at The Darwin, nestled 1 km of the hotel.
Slightly cramped room, I was a little disappointed.

The receptionist, Brittany, provided excellent service . Her friendliness made a tough situation a bit brighter.
Despite the positive interaction with the front desk, the overall experience was disappointing.

We had a nice stay, loved this hotel and would stay here again. Fairly clean property, there were excellent location and comfort. Everyone from the staff was accommodating.

Family needs a clean place
The staff was helpful and the location was decent being a short walk to some attractions. They also had a breakfast that was surprisingly not bad and Miss Betty was really trying to make sure everyone was taken care of.
But let's just say it wasn't inexpensive either.
